• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Willing to work on Holidays, Weekends, Shifting Schedules and extended working hours.
•Willing to learn and work in an IT environment.

• Translation tasks (e.g. e-mails, tickets, error information) from English to Japanese and vice versa.
• May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.
• Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities.
• Assist in the development of bilinguals by conducting brownbag or training.
• Ability and interest to learn business, tools and technical terminologies.
• Ability to use and contribute in strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
• Works with teams and diverse range of people. |
