| 仕事内容 |
1. Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents
2. Creatively designs an office space based on the clients’ preference
3. Develop accurate layouts, assembly drawings and details
4. Take direction from Senior Architect/Designer, engineers and executives to research drawings, catalogs and sketches to develop detailed dimensioned AutoCAD drawings
5. Review engineering drawings prior to the release
6. Can design efficiently within the client’s budget
7. Drafting AutoCad drawings and 3D renders
8. Coordination with Project Manager before, during, and after construction
9. Negotiating and coordinating with contractors and other professionals
10. Making site visit to check the progress
11. Reports to Office Fit-Out Manager
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

| 応募資格 |
1.建築、インテリアデザイン、デザイン、クリエイトマルティメディア、エンジニアコースと同等の学士を習得済みである事
2. 現場経験が五年ある事

a. 図面を美しく描く能力/建築や空間づくりに生かせる図面作成能力 のある方
b．２D または 3D 以上に熟練する方。AutoCad, スケッチアップ, MS Office スキルがあれば望ましい
c.細かい点によく気が付く方
d.現場規則や安全規律を守れる方
e.見積もり/量の積算
f.建設の図面を読める事
g.説明書に則ってプラン作成ができる
h.より効果的に創作する為の高いコミュニケーション能力
i．最低限の指示がなくても動ける方
j.正確に結果を届けられる方
k.アイデアが豊富な方
l.インテリアデザインや空間設計の実務経験がある事
m.指示を出せる方、監督できる方
n.従業員のマネジメントが得意な方
o.知識がある事（MEPFS, FDAS の上級スキル）
