Lead a sales team by providing guidance, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans/ forecast, analyzing data.
1. Responsible and analyze the Summary Report of Sales Operation status regularly.

2. Responsible for the Result of Sectional Target and Monthly Report.

3. Supervises all staff involved in the external procurement of raw materials, parts equipment, supplies and services for the organization minimal cost, consistent with delivery requirements and quality specifications.


4. Supervise the inventory of the company direct and indirect materials.

5. Act as window person with suppliers and customers.
