1. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Studies, Marketing,
Management and other related/equivalent courses
2. Preferable a graduate of a reputable university
3. With more than three (3) years of experience in Sales functions, strategies, procedures and its
executions
4. Extensive work experience in establishing new accounts, account management and negotiation
skills.
5. Must have a relevant work experience in ICT/system integration and office fit-out industry.
6. Work experiences in sales team in global IT firms (Cisco, Dell, HP, etc)
7. With experience in sales presentation to CxO level
8. Work experience of sales negotiation and deal closing
9. Work experiences of working with the clients in BPO and Finance sectors
10. Having strong work ethics and commitment to the sales result
11. Familiarity in Accounting related matters
12. Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
13. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
14. Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime. |
