Relationship Manager(Japanese Language) - Based in Tokyo
The Impact: The individual will be based in our Singapore office and will be part of a team responsible for strategic planning within their set territories and will support the business development managers to drive sales and open new avenues of growth.
The duties and responsibilities of a successful RM are to drive sales and open new avenues of growth, meet or exceed monthly/Quarterly KPI’s and goals in addition to the activities outlined below:
・Extensive customer-facing activity, ongoing development of existing accounts and driving sales. In depth understanding of the customers’ business, identify their needs and work with the BDM’s to provide a solution that will add value to their business. Attending conferences when required which will assist in strengthening the company brand.
Other Required Accountabilities:
・Gather strong working knowledge of competitive intelligence.
