仕事内容

Our client is a Japanese company in the F&B industry. They are one of Japan's most popular ramen chain restaurants. They are currently looking for an HR Executive to join their dynamic team.
Your main role will be to handle HR operations and communication with the overseas branches. This is a very challenging position that will allow you to be active globally and develop the organization.

【What you will be working on】
- Manages and undertakes all HR activities including recruitment, on-boarding and integration, performance
evaluation,training, compensation, employee relations, benefits administration and the application of Firm policies
and procedure
- Serve as first point of contact for all HR related questions from the restaurant and back office
- Knowledgeable about local employment laws and policies and serves as a resource for attorneys,
management and staff
- Advise on restaurant recruitment efforts&Communicate with restaurant staff
- Communicate and resolve issues with domestic and international executives and HR personnel.
- Seeks to recommends improvements to HR systems and procedures to increase efficiencyPeriodic Review of
- Company's Policies/Contracts/Termination of Contract
- Keep updated with statutory changes and make amendments to HR Policy as and when necessary
- Ensure periodic review of company's group outpatient and health insurance, as well as company insurance.
- Ensure timely renewal of company's contracts.
- Determine type of cessation and process cessation on HR system.

応募資格

【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in F&B or Hospitality Industry.
- Fluent in Japanese to communicate with the head office in Japan.
- Ability to function as a hands-on practitioner: strong in all HR functional areas
- High energy, self-motivated, result oriented
- Abiliity to work comfortably in F&B environment
- Team player who can establish trust with all levels of personnel
- Excellent judgment
