*Manage day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
*Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
*Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational
*Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
*Maintain banking relationships
*Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
*Support other improvement initiatives as assigned from time to time
*Develop, review and enhance internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
*Provides leadership, consultancy and financial decision support analysis to various functions, teams and departments
*Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
*Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

*Male or Female age 40 years up
*Bachelor’s Degree
*English of Speaking/Writing fluently (TOEIC SCORE more than 700 is better)
*Have experience of Finance job and bank more than 5 years
*Prefer a candidate who has experience in Trading firm.
