- Develop sales strategy in alignment with objectives and implementation
- Achieve sales objectives and goals of responsible territories
- Schedule calls to be made (one week in advance) and share information in the daily sales briefings
- Develop a practice of weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning in terms of time management, sales objectives, etc.
- Build rapport with key Japanese long stay, corporate and leisure accounts
- Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis
- Conduct intensive site inspections
- Attend and schedule lunch/dinner entertainment with potential clients, when required
- Ensure all account profiles and all sales reports and other relevant information are updated and entered in Opera
- Coordinate sales blitzes in the designated areas of growth potential in Bangkok, industrial area with Director of Sales
- Understand the factors that impact the market, inform management accordingly, and suggest the solutions
- Keep research on competitor activities (promotions, events, campaign, property upgrade, market reputation, etc.) and share among the team with analytical reports
- Report on monthly performance on each account and background of their performance, prepare for strategic planning to cover the shortfall
- Work closely with operation teams to update the VIPs and share the guest information in order to enable the operation to deliver impressive services
- Update the database of client contact points in the provided software on a regular basis
- Performs sales and marketing functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by supervisors
- Dress in a manner which is conducive to a business environment whereby first impressions
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, reflecting the hotel image
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with distributors or customers for maximizing revenue yield
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Director to penetrate and expand distribution coverage in those markets focused
- Travel overseas as per the schedule of company’s business plan

応募資格 |
- Male or Female, Japanese nationality, age between 30-40
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Work experience, minimum 3 years, in a 5-star luxury hotel
- Good command of Japanese and English (writing and speaking)
- A successful and proven sales track record and outstanding presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and dynamic person with initiative and high energy levels |
