+ Ensure yearly targets and business goals to be achieved.
+ Prepare and develop company regulations and procedures related to operation to ensure the implement is consistently throughout the areas of responsibility.
+ Ensure all policies & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are completed and in place, according to company’s policy.
Be fully responsible for business development (including pre- and grand opening), the productivity and quality remaining at high standards, and costs being acceptable by planning the resources in optimum manner.
Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure all marketing and advertising activities are implemented in proper business direction.
+ Ensure all of operations activities being adherence to all local and government laws and regulations.
+ Ensure that bar operation comply with all health and safety regulations.
+ Monitor quality and quantity control to minimize waste, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high level of preparation and services.
+ Other tasked assigned by B.O.D when needed.

+ At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

+ Energetic, creative, committed, team player, customer-driven.
+ Leadership skills
+ Good planning and organizing skills
+Language skills - fluency in English (Oral/Written)
