• General:
Overall management of production, production engineer, and QC basic skill
• Details:
+ Plan, determine optimal utilization of factory resources & equipment to meet target.
+ Budget & production cost control & efficeency.
+ Manpower & labor cost control
+ Analyze manufacturing data and identify trends, opportunities for improvement.
+ Identify & utilize method of making manufacturing process more efficeency & effective ( reducing waste)
+ Development implementation of corrective & preventive activities relating to QA issues.
+ Ensure production engineering as requirement
+ Coordinate with group's companies
+ Training & coaching subordinates for skill up.
+ Control 5s safety in factory.
• Report:
Report to top management (Japanese Director and Head quater in Japan also)
• This possition have a chance to go to training in Japan, Thailand and other country where have factories group

| 応募資格 |
{MUST}
• Male, Age: 40 years old up.
• Cdd is not working for Thang Long II industrial park now.
• Language : Good command of English (Upper - Intermediate level or above)
• Qualification : At least university graduation with major in electronics related field.
• Experience : At least 5 years employment experience in factory management.
• Knowledge: Understand PCBA, production operation process especially in manual in sert, SMT process.
• Skill :
+ Effective communication skill including report writing
+ Good management skill
+ Good problem solving skills
+ Good computer skill
+ Logical thinking
