ただでさえ面接は緊張するものです。さらに外国語だと余計に身構えてしまいます。
今回は英語の面接でよく聞かれる質問を英文の回答例と一緒にまとめてみました。

自己紹介はどんな面接でも基本となります。自分の型を作っておきましょう。Tell me about yourself. （自己紹介してください）
必ずと言っていいほど聞かれる質問です。自分の人柄について説明するだけではなく、このポジションにふさわしい経歴を持っていることも併せて話すと良いでしょう。
転職の経験がある方は、会社の順番よりも仕事の内容や成果を中心に話すと良いです。
そして数字を交えて話をするとアピールになりやすいです。達成率、昨対比、時間や工数削減などですね。

長所や短所についてもよく聞かれる質問です。こちらも言葉通りに答えるのではなく、あなたの長所や短所がこのポジションにポジティブに影響するのかという視点で説明すると
相手に伝わりやすいです。
長所については２つか３つ挙げ、短所は１つで問題ないでしょう。
特に短所については、短所そのものに加えて、どのような工夫でそれを補っているかも伝えましょう。
