We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Production / Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. If you have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and are passionate about optimizing production processes, this role is for you.

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, quality engineers, and production personnel, to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.
• Lead and participate in process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train and mentor junior manufacturing engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology, processes, and industry best practices, and implement relevant changes to improve manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality materials and components, and resolve any supplier-related issues that may affect production.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in manufacturing processes.

応募資格

<Qualification>

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
• Experience in a Material manufacturing industry, such as composite, paint is and added advantage.
• Certification in Lean manufacturing is a plus.

<Skills>

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and inspection.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools, such as planning software, statistical analysis software, and simulation tools.
• Experience implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet objectives and timelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning.
