The Facility & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities and equipment. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, supports production efficiency, and implements preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
【Responsibilities】
・Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for facility equipment, machinery, and utilities.
・Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of machines and facilities.
・Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems and facility operations.
・Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repair and maintenance works.
・Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
・Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
・Provide technical support and recommendations for facility improvement projects.
・Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation for maintenance operations.
・Support the Facility & Maintenance Department in achieving operational targets and continuous improvement.

| 応募資格 |
【MUST】
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Licensed / Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME)
2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities and/or maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards
【BETTER】
・Residing within or near Biñan, Laguna
・Experience in a manufacturing environment
・Skills in budgeting, project coordination, and resource management
・Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills |
