You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain for the manufacturing and sales of our "Smart Bus" electric minibuses. As our current processes are not fully established, we are looking for a key individual who can build and improve our operational processes from the ground up.
- Sourcing and procurement of parts (primarily from suppliers in China and the Philippines)
- Developing production plans and schedules
- Supplier selection, cost comparison, and negotiation
- Inventory and quality control
- Team management and development

| 応募資格 |
<MUST>
- Supply Chain experience (5+ years): Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred, especially in sectors with a high number of components (e.g., automotive, motorcycle).
- Experience in building a supply chain: Experience creating systems from scratch, particularly within a relatively small organization.
- Management experience: Experience leading a team and driving projects to completion.
- Cost comparison and negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Proficiency in basic PC skills: Word, Excel, etc.
