After Service Sales for EV mini bus company in Cavite（求人番号：47703）

You will be responsible for customer service, vehicle maintenance, and repairs for our "Smart Bus" electric minibuses. We are looking for someone who can accurately assess the situation on-site in response to customer inquiries, then create and execute an efficient repair and maintenance plan.

- Responding to customer inquiries
- Technical troubleshooting and identifying root causes of vehicle issues
- Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Collaborating with manufacturing and technical departments
- Providing guidance to team members who lack vehicle knowledge

<MUST>
- Vehicle maintenance experience: Especially with cars, buses, or motorcycles.
- Strong communication skills: The ability to smoothly interact with customers and accurately gather information about the situation.
- Japanese language proficiency: The ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.

<BETTER>
- Experience working at a vehicle maintenance shop in Japan.
- JLPT N2 or higher: Candidates with Japanese mechanic experience often speak Japanese, and we can expect them to contribute from day one.
