-Background
Our company is experiencing rapid growth with diverse manufacturing divisions, including metal pressing, sheet metal processing, resin molding, welding, and die-casting (aluminum). We are now launching a full-fledged painting department to maximize the added value of our products. We plan to expand this team from its current size of three to twenty members within the next six months.

We are looking for a leader to be at the core of this expansion, who can establish quality and productivity on the front lines and drive the department's growth. This is more than just a managerial position. It's a highly rewarding role where you will build the foundation of the department with your own technical skills and develop future leaders.

-Responsibilities
As the technical backbone of our painting department, you will act as a Playing Manager.

Technical & Hands-On (70%)
Operate, set conditions for, and troubleshoot painting equipment, particularly liquid painting lines.
Perform high-quality painting work personally as an active team member.

Management (30%)
Assign tasks and manage progress based on production plans.
Manage and train team members.

-Required Experience and Skills
Over 5 years of hands-on experience with liquid painting on plastic (resin) parts.
Ability to operate, adjust, and set up painting equipment as a hands-on engineer.
Experience leading a small team as a leader or supervisor.

-Desired Experience and Skills
Knowledge of or experience with powder coating (both are a great plus).
Experience operating or teaching painting robots.
Practical experience with painting automotive parts or electronic device housings.
