Reporting to MD, GM, AGM – Air ticket booking, hotel reservation , renew of EP passes , dealing with agent for accommodation for the expat, arrange driver and transport, arrange meeting, assist GM to handle guests from HQ , assist MD to arrange appointment for meeting .
Office Management - handle purchasing, recruitment , annual leave , deal with MOM , deal with government sector and take purchasing , staff insurance , staff insurance claim , claim of maternity leave, NS leave,arrange company monthly birthday party, arrange company annual dinner , arrange company monthly function , arrange for company annual corporate give ,arrange for flower or hamper for corporate client , handle company office equipment. Handle all company affair .
Administration work – have to cover any job whenever anyone is on leave. Daily report for all the department (Car Finance, Car Leasing and Equipment Department) Monthly report for all the department,sales report for all the department ,Monthly Individual Sales report (all the department) ,Car Finance Report , Car Finance Top 20 Dealer report, Car Finance Monthly Dealer report , company expenses report , business type report and product type report . In total I have to do 15 report for all the department every month to be send to HQ in Japan. Monthly Internal Inspection (Internal audit) for the account department (checking the petty cash, franking machine value , Company car insurance, office keys, posted cheques , quantity of the cheques.
