仕事内容

Our client is a Japan-based global manufacturer specializing in photoresists for the semiconductor industry, with products used worldwide. They are currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Account Manager to maintain strong relationships and execute action plans for key Indian customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market to effectively address client needs while aligning with the organization's goals.

Reporting To: Managing Director & Headquarters in Japan

【 What you will be doing 】
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback from Indian clients, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of any concerns.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate closely with distributors, factories, and HQ to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Provide product and technical expertise to align customer needs with suitable solutions.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in compliance with organizational requirements.
- Oversee delivery follow-up and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Drive new business development by proactively identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to expand the business.

応募資格

【 What they are looking for 】
<Must>
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or Business related major. *Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered if you will be work under Japan HQ.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor(or material for semiconductor) field is required
- Customer-oriented with strong active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese is essential for effective communication with Japan HQ and clientele.
- Able to engage effectively with clients in India.
- Able to travel overseas to India & Japan once in 2 months. *The frequency will be increased depends on business situation.

<Advantageous>
- Proven track record as an account manager or strong knowledge of process engineering (semiconductor) is a plus.
- Ability to join within this year.
- Possess interest in India market or Tamil language capability will be highly appreciated.
