Our client is a global leader specializing in various areas, including electronics and media solutions. They are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to handle sales, strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders and clients, and create new business opportunities.
【Responsibilities】
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in Asian markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching industry trends and targeting potential partners or dealers.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitive landscape, potential clients, and strategic growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Support regional dealers with product information, updates, and after-sales service coordination.
- Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to align client needs with company offerings.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the brand and gather market intelligence.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management.
- Conduct business trips across Asia (including the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and domestic dealers in Singapore)

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications equipment or similar
- Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) in speaking, listening and writing is essential to liaise with English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Keen interest or prior experience in telecommunication systems, radio communication products, or professional audio devices
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (2-3 times a month) across Asia on short business trips (up to a week)
- Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and basic financial assessment of business deals.
- Eager to find new business opportunity and positive mindset
- Fast learner with strong adaptability in cross-cultural environments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
