[Job Description]
Prepare and manage financial documents, including quotations and invoices
Coordinate submission of documents to external accounting partners
Support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Handle bank-related procedures, including account updates and administrative processes
Maintain and update bank books and related financial documentation
Assist with payment processing and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Support HR and general affairs functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage social insurance procedures and employee-related administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow transitions
Adapt to changes in business processes resulting from new external partnerships
Learn and effectively utilize internal systems and tools
Provide support during the transition period to ensure continuity of operations
