- Production Yield and Waste Managing.
- Responsible for In-Line Production Quality including Output Quality, Procedure, Yield, Schedule and Customer Satisfaction.

- Cooperate with other departments for solution and improvement.
- Production Maintenance and Down-Time Managing.
- Execute General Manager, Operation Manager, Factory Manager and Directors' Instructions with quality.
- Lead and discipline subordinates staffs to abide by company regulations and policies.
