- Ensure control plans and related documentation are effectively implemented and maintained
- Monitor and report on quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions for product quality issues
- Manage all quality-related issues within the optical glass production environment
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken
- Support Head of Department (HOD) in resolving product quality issues
- Work independently to determine the approach and execution of assigned tasks
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to process flow and quality enhancement
- Review, improve, and control existing production process flows to increase efficiency and consistency
- Develop and document new production process flows for new products or upgraded production setups
