In order to create content that delivers “Dreams, Fun and Inspiration” to customers around the world, the company continues to pursue cost-appropriate development in optimal locations, enabling greater reach in emerging markets.

■ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・Monitor overall project progress and promptly address any issues that may arise.
・Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure clear communication of project status to all stakeholders.
・Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring that project deadlines are consistently met.
・Organize, attend, and actively participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording accurate minutes.
・Document key decisions and actions from meetings, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
・Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
・Design, manage, and control project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
・Support the development of effective project strategies.
・Analyze and evaluate project risks and opportunities, providing practical solutions where applicable.
・Manage stakeholder expectations and align their views toward achieving the best possible outcomes.
・Assist the Lead Project Manager in overseeing projects and provide guidance to junior team members.
・Contribute to project budgeting and cost monitoring.
・Translate documents accurately between Japanese and English as needed.
・Provide terminology and contextual support for interpreters during meetings.
・Deliver accurate and professional interpretation between Japanese and English in meetings and discussions.

応募資格

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1, N2
・Over 5 years of working experience dealing with Project Management or Translation/Interpretation between English and Japanese

■ ADVANTAGES
・Competency in other project management tools is a plus.
・Knowledge related to game or animation production is a plus

■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking skills.
・Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team
・Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
・Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time- management.
・Ability to work on tight deadlines.
・Ability to analyze project thoroughly and plan strategies.
・Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
・Possesses leadership qualities.
