As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading the operations of a Visa Application Centre. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with diplomats and government officials.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing center operations for optimal performance
• Conducting regular quality checks and implementing improvements
• Guiding and developing staff, providing training and mentorship
• Ensuring compliance with contracts, SOPs, and company policies
• Supporting clients and coordinating with internal teams
• Enhancing productivity while maintaining data privacy and security standards
• Promoting additional value-added services and contributing to revenue targets
