■ Key Responsibilities
-Provide seamless Japanese ⇄ English interpretation.
-Provide interpretation and hands-on support during pre-opening training sessions (covering customer service, food preparation/cooking, and other store operations).
-Act as the main interpreter during online interviews and online staff meetings.
-Assist and facilitate smooth communication between the Japanese management team and local staff.
-Accurately grasp the deep intentions of Japanese conversations (including proverbs) and localize them clearly for the local team.
-Proactively study and prepare for industry-specific vocabulary (e.g., memorizing specific meat cuts/parts) to ensure accurate translation during training and daily operations.
