Cafe Business Manager Responsibilities
1. Business & Sales Management
-Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
-Develop strategies to improve revenue and profit margins.

2. Operations Management

3. Staff Management
-Recruit, train, and develop cafe staff.

4. Customer Experience Management
-Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers.
-Handle customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions professionally.
-Create a comfortable and welcoming cafe environment.
5. Inventory & Supply Management
-Monitor inventory levels of coffee, ingredients, and supplies.
