Role Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who can collaborate with multiple departments to drive measurable business results. Proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, expanding networks, and managing the tendering and bidding process.

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    - At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or Business Development
    - At least 2 years of management/leadership experience.
    - Possess established networks and a solid pipeline within the marketing sector, particularly in the construction/interior industry.
    -Business-level English.
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to create high-quality client proposals.

    <BETTER>
    - Prior sales experience in the construction industry, general contractors, or subcontractors (especially interior fit-out/architecture).
    - Degree or background in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.

    <Soft Skills>
    - High level of commitment toward achieving annual individual quantitative targets (revenue and profit margins) with a persistent attitude.
    - Strategic and proactive mindset to develop new accounts and generate results from scratch, even without prior contacts or established routes.
    - Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building (client engagement) skills.
    - Exceptional project management, organizational (task management), and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to adapt smoothly to a multicultural work environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

    Carpooling Arrangement – We will provide a company vehicle with a driver for transportation to and from the office. Car service will also be available whenever the employee needs to attend external meetings or report to other project sites.
    Car Allowance – If the employee prefers to use their own vehicle, a monthly car allowance will be provided, subject to the applicable company conditions.

    Please note that this transportation privilege will only be applicable if the offered salary falls within the range that includes this benefit.
