We focus on retaining, growing existing and acquire new business by providing travel management consultation to clients to help them reduce business travel costs, to continually monitor service levels and to maximize the profitable services we provide in conjunction with business partner and supplier.
Responsibilities:
-Sales is responsible of the relationship between our company and potential clients, builds business by identifying prospects, and maintaining relationship with clients.
-Be the “owner” of the client business relationship and ensure that all products and technology tools are used for maximum benefit and demonstrated added value.
-Negotiate, recommend and implement enhanced services such as Safety & Security, Credit facility, Online booking tool and other tools & technologies.
-Demonstrate financial and customer service benefits. Benchmark client’s supplier arrangements against industry and other client specific best in class levels.
-Communicate clients’ objectives and unique requirements to Implementation, Operations Team, Finance, and IT teams on an ongoing and regular basis.
-Give specific feedback after formal client reviews and provide resolutions if necessary.
