仕事内容

Our client is one of the biggest Japanese logistics companies that provide comprehensive distribution services in Asia and they established a new company to strengthen their freight forwarding function in Singapore.
They are currently looking for an Office Admin Assistant Manager(Japanese Speaking).

This role will be responsible for Administrative Management Tasks (General Affairs, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Business Planning).

【 What you will be doing 】
<Invoicing>
- Monthly issuance of invoices
- Data collection and analysis for this purpose
- Confirmation and coordination with relevant parties

<Accounting>
Currently, an accounting staff is supervising it, and this position is required to assist it.
- Liaison with audit firms
- Handling tax audits
- Maintaining internal controls
- Settlement of petty cash
- Management and preservation of evidence and documents related to accounting

<Finance>
Currently, an accounting staff is supervising it, and this position is required to assist it.
- Financial management tasks (preparation of cash flow plans)
- Accounts receivable management (payment management/AR preservation)
- Debt management tasks (payment management)
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial management report

<Tax>
One accounting staff handling tax matters, overseeing and supporting the team
- GST and other tax matters

<General Affairs>
- Support for expatriates
- Management of contract-related matters
- Acquisition, management and disposal of fixed assets
- Handling of board meetings/shareholders' meetings, etc.

<Human Resources>
- Recruitment, onboarding, and labour management for local employees
- Handling related to local employment laws

<Legal>
- Contract handling (outsourcing/agency)
- Dispute resolution

応募資格

【 What they are looking for 】
- At least 5 years or more of experience in total in General Affairs/Accounting/Finance/Tax
‐ Work effectively and efficiently towards achieving the timelines
- Be willing to help others, to do ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Minimum JLPT N1 Level) is essential for communication with HQ and external partners
- PC skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

[Preferred requirements]
- Experience working in a Japanese company or logistics company, especially a person who has working experience in an NVOCC business company would be ideal.
- Experience with SAP operation.
