• Develop business relationship with existing customers. Continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Find out the customer requirements and provide application assistance to the customer.
• Keep in good touch with customer, deal with customer complains.
• Visit Customer to follow up pending job and periodically meeting.
• Purchasing & Sales Operation handling
• Correspond with core customers and collect info
• Import & Export Operation handling
• Operate correspondence with all overseas customers to solve the problems with short time to be met their satisfaction
• Support division activities as assignment

• Japanese Nationality, Male/Female, age between 30-40 years old
• Having experience in sales function at least 7 years.
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

-Work on 1-2 Saturday up to the month
-National holiday and some days which HR will let all members know.
