- Develops strategies, customer relationships together with the Sales and Marketing Organization, and specific programs to achieve business objectives.
- Together with the Sales team, communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer , experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Manages employees and/or production departments in various manufacturing or product development support departments.
- Leads a dedicated team of key manufacturing personnel.
- Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement through analyzing production/ manufacturing methods and processes.
- Improves product/ process quality, performance, production, and profitability.

応募資格

[Must]
- Experience of Sales & Marketing in manufacturing for Automotive field
- Live in Thailand
- English is Business level
- Thai is Conversation level
- Minimum Degree in any discipline plus a minimum of 5 years related experience, with a total of between 9 to 15 years’ experience.
- Requires strong management and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse employee base, including business leaders, business unit managers, etc.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven team leadership skills and the ability to influence others.

- Work experience within the high-tech, precision manufacturing industry
- Prefer to have finance savvy
