Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable Japanese Interpreter & Executive Secretary to support two Japanese executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation during meetings and business negotiations, accompanying executives to client meetings and store visits, and handling a full range of secretarial and administrative duties.
This role requires strong language proficiency, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to prepare professional business documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpretation Duties
- Provide Japanese–Thai (and/or Japanese–English) interpretation during internal meetings and business negotiations
- Accompany executives to client meetings and business discussions
- Visit and support operations at our Central Chaengwattana store when required
- Ensure accurate and professional communication between executives and stakeholders
2. Executive Secretary Duties
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to two executives
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare business documents and presentation materials (PowerPoint)
- Create and manage reports using Excel
- Draft correspondence and internal documentation in Japanese and/or English
- Support preparation of materials for meetings and negotiations
