- Looks for the new potential customer in the market and search for new potential customer
- Take a leadership role in developing and servicing new major key accounts
- Monthly Sales Performance review in order sales person continue follow up tighly with new develop or exisiting customer
- Develop, grow and expand company existing and new customers in order to achieve budget set by the higher management
- Quotation / Layout & Costing Format
- To provide quotations and advice/consultancy to clients to deliver the best possible solutions to customers
- Weekly sales performance review
- To oversee the handling of, and to stay informed of all key tasks, communication and deadlines for all projects running for their key customers accounts
- Weekly Operation Meeting to ensure each department work effectively to ensure quality and delivery meet customer requirement.
- Work with Operations and cross-functional groups, customers and suppliers to define project requirements to ensure that the implementation of new strategies and initiatives will effectively meet or exceed these requirements and customer expectations.
- Nationality : Japanese.
- Education: College Degree or equivalent.
- Experience :
*5 to 10 years total working experience, have experience in Sales
*Preferably as sales manager or team leader
*Preferably Japanese national with working experience in Vietnam..
*General sales or packaging sales experience.
*Thermoforming experience will be an advantage.
Written : Japanese (Native) & English (Intermediate Level)
Verbal: Japanese & English. Vietnamese is an added advantage
Personality : Outgoing, hardworking, passionate.
