仕事内容
- Support daily restaurant operations, including staff management, shift coordination, and inventory/order control.
- Act as a communication bridge between Japanese chefs/staff and local team members.
- Provide interpretation and translation support (Japanese ↔ English) during service and internal communication.
- Assist in explaining menus, ingredients, and recipes to guests and staff.
- Support customer service and basic food preparation, including helping guests enjoy interactive “monjayaki” dining experiences.
- Contribute to pre-opening preparations such as setting up workflows, organizing manuals, and translating training materials.
