we looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to
join its expanding design team.
This role is ideal for graduates of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering who are passionate about
developing innovative propeller designs and contributing to high-quality of world-class marine propeller
solutions for global clients.

【REPONSIBILITIES】
• Design and develop marine propeller prototypes using CAD software
• Perform design calculations from initial concepts through detailed design stages
• Coordinate with clients regarding technical requirements, specifications, and design concerns
• Prepare project cost estimates and complete bid documentation accurately and on schedule
• Ensure all designs comply with project timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards

【MUST】
• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in shipyard or marine engineering industries (local or overseas) (required)
• Strong experience in engineering design, technical calculations, and CAD software
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Rosario, Cavite

【BETTER】
• Work experience in shipbuilding or marine engineering projects (local or overseas)
• Experience in propeller design or propulsion system engineering
• Background working in Japanese companies or multinational manufacturing firms
• Knowledge of CFD analysis, 3D modeling, or advanced engineering simulation tools
• Leadership or project management experience is an advantage
• Japanese language skills are a plus
