Our client is a Japanese logistics company, presently is looking for a Sales Manager. This is a client acquisition (hunting) role, where the incumbent's main responsibility is to find new sales opportunities and provides solutions to customers.
Reporting to: General Manager
【What you will be working on】
- Acquire new customers and maintain and develop existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage customer prospects on a monthly basis
- Find new sales opportunities independently.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers by regularly visiting and contacting them.
- Provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Work closely with the operation team and customer service to expedite job completion.
- Prepare quotation, SOP, and Operation T & C to submit to customer.
- Liaise with operation team for improvement work/alternative solutions for issues raised by clients.
- Monitor payment progress of each account and ensure good AR record and collect all payments by the due date.
