Our client is a global freight forwarding and logistics services provider seeking a Warehouse / Operations Supervisor to join their team.
Depending on your experience and capabilities, you may either lead the team at an equivalent level or support the team as a Supervisor.

The incumbent is expected to learn existing processes under the guidance of the resident staff from the headquarters and, while following established procedures, propose and implement improvements.

【Responsibilities 】
- On-site management, safety, and quality control (including 5S practices)
- Workforce organization and work progress management
- Attendance management
- KPI monitoring
- Coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal sales staff
- Budget and actual performance management

Depending on the candidate’s suitability, they may later take on the following responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries (pricing/costing) in collaboration with the sales team
- Supporting the launch of new operations
- Managing subcontractors
- Overall warehouse operations

【Requirements & Preferences】
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience in the logistics/warehouse industry
- Ability to conduct profit and loss analysis and manage cost control
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1), including business discussions, reading technical documents, and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:45 pm; alternate Saturdays 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
