- Actively engage in all phases of sales process including pre-qualifying the opportunity, customer presentations, project management, follow through, service, etc.
- Accountable and responsible for round tool sales
- Target highly potential, high consumption round tool customers in must-win segments
- Continuously improve round tool success factors and ways of working
- Focus on engineered solutions and standards
- Engage in an entire organization with open communication and hands-on customer works
- Remove barriers and gaps in our way of working, solve problems
- Utilize excellent understanding of design, application, optimization and troubleshooting of round tools
- Develop the enablers of success in our offers and way of working: specials, standard assortment, channel offer, competence development and communications
- Perform other functions that may be assigned

- Male or Female, Japanese nationality, age between 30-45
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical
- Work experience, minimum 5 years, in sales or technical sales of cutting tools or a related business
- Good command of spoken and written English including local language(s)
