  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with a GPA above 2.5
  - Over 2 years experience of Interpreting or providing secretarial/administrative support for in-house legal matters and expatriate visa/work permit matters at a business company
  - JLPT N2 Japanese proficiency (support and report to Japanese MD)
  - Conversational English

  [Advantage]
  - Interpretation experience related to legal matters, visa and work permit support for expatriates in a company setting
  - Secretarial experience
