・Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets and KPIs
・Ensure compliance with safety standards and Japanese corporate policies
・Control production cost and improve operational efficiency
・Lead and supervise production supervisors and line leaders
・Strengthen discipline and workplace organization (5S)
・Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
・Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions
・Report production performance regularly to Japanese management
・Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
・Support manpower planning, training, and development of local staff
・Manage production planning adjustments in response to customer demand changes
・Maintaining ISO9001,ISO14001 and ISO45001

応募資格

[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations especial production line for FA products
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial position
- Good command of spoken and written in English (Make the documents by English).
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
- Strong leadership and people management skills

[Advantage]
- JLPT N2 or higher
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is strongly preferred
- Experience managing 100+ production workers is preferred
