Job Description:
• Handle full set of general administration tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with the accounting department.
• Liaise with external service providers regarding visa and work permit matters, and manage 90-day reporting processes.
• Handle Social Security Fund registration, monthly contributions, and related submissions.
• Manage office administration activities and provide support to management and employees.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, including timekeeping, leave records, and attendance reporting.
• Oversee office supplies inventory, including procurement, stock monitoring, and replenishment to ensure adequate availability.
• Set up workflow, KPI, and company organization with the Managing Director.
