Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
• Manage schedules, meetings, business travel, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other management documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Support visa, work permit 90-day report, and expatriate-related administration.
• Handle document control, translation, and company records management.
• Arrange travel, company events, and other general administrative activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
