- Propose solutions including AWS implementation, application development, and data analytics
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Understand client challenges and provide optimal technical and business proposals
- Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and technical teams to refine proposals
- Prepare quotations, conduct contract negotiations, and provide after-sales support
- Represent the company at seminars, events, and other external activities
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement
- Set, manage, and monitor sales KPIs and performance results
