仕事内容

マレーシア（セランゴール州（その他））で働きたい企画/事務/マーケティング/PR、営業/セールスエンジニア、接客/カスタマーサービス/飲食/コールセンター IT・WEB・ゲーム、商社、出版・印刷・広告の方向け転職情報

■ ROLE OVERVIEW
Build strong relationships with Japanese and local corporate clients and support the Sales team in generating new business opportunities.
Assist in identifying client needs across digital marketing services (websites, SNS operations, creative, SEO strategies) and online advertising and help propose suitable solutions that contribute to client and company growth.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to develop proposals, follow up on sales activities, and help maintain long-term client relationships

■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach potential Japanese and local corporate clients to generate new business leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, marketing budget, and goals
• Support the Project Manager during client meetings, providing prompt follow-up and assistance with client requests
• Work with the creative team and campaign operation team to help develop marketing proposals tailored to each client's needs and budget
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and sales materials to clients
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries
• Support efforts to expand business with existing clients
• Assist in monitoring campaign progress and client satisfaction, coordinating necessary adjustments with internal teams
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery follow-ups
• Support the Project Manager in achieving team revenue and sales targets

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
• Good written and oral communication skills in Japanese (N1,N2 Level)
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (relevant internship experience also considered)

■ ADVANTAGES
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies

■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Willingness to learn web analytics tools to help assess campaign performance
• A proactive attitude and passion for the digital marketing industry, with a willingness to acquire new knowledge
• Basic Microsoft/Google Workspace operations (understanding of spreadsheet functions)
• An interest in learning about website production and digital marketing solutions
