【Job Summary】
We are looking for an experienced General Manager/ Factory Manager to lead the Thailand manufacturing operation of a Japanese-affiliated manufacturing company.
This senior leadership role will oversee factory operations, production, HR and labor management, budgeting, cost control, and overall local administration.
As the current Thailand leader will focus more on sales and customer relationships, this position will take primary responsibility for factory and operational management, while working closely with the local management team and Japanese headquarters.

【Responsibilities】
- Develop and implement the business strategy, policies, and annual budget in line with Japanese headquarters’ direction.
- Oversee all key functions, including Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & Labor, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety.
- Lead the new factory launch, including production setup, workforce planning, and overall operational management.
- Manage and develop local management teams to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
- Regularly report business performance and key issues to Japanese headquarters and senior management.
- Ensure the Thailand operation achieves its business, operational, quality, and safety targets.
- Other tasks assigned by manager from JP HQ

応募資格

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2 up to communicate with JP HQ), Thai, and English.
- 7+ years experience in senior management, such as an Executive, Country/Branch Head, General Manager, or Factory Manager, within the manufacturing industry.
- 7+ years experience in Chemical industry
- Experience managing or working at a manufacturing plant with 100+ employees.

【Preferred】
- Technical background in manufacturing, production engineering, quality control, or other manufacturing-related functions.

[Fixed Allowance]
- Position allowance for employees appointed to management positions.
- Transportation: Full transportation allowance provided.
- Meal allowance: THB 120 per working day.
