【Job Summary】
A leading global electronic component manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Japanese - Korean Interpreter & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Vietnam. The company specializes in advanced technology and high-quality printed circuit boards for top-tier international industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation between Japanese and Korean languages for management and business activities. In addition to linguistic support, the role involves preparing basic accounting documents and handling general administrative office tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.

【Responsibilities】
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and Korean during meetings and daily operations.
- Translate business documents, emails, and reports from Japanese to Korean and vice versa.
- Assist the accounting department in preparing documents, data entry, and financial summaries.
- Manage general administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the department manager.
- Coordinate communication between Japanese management, local staff, and Korean business partners.
- Support in welcoming and organizing itineraries for business visitors from Japan or Korea.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and corporate information.
- Follow up on project timelines and report progress to superiors in Japanese or Korean.
- Check and verify data accuracy in accounting sheets and internal records.
- Other related tasks as assigned by managers.
